Hello, my name is Ranger Lashley, and I am a wildlife photographer and videographer. I focus on capturing the beauty and authenticity of local and privately owned zoos and sanctuaries. Animals are essential to our ecosystem and, in turn, our life on this planet. Why did I choose conservation through photography? Well, photography and cinematography are two of the most significant and eye-opening ways to spread change for the better. Whether it be political change, environmental fears, or advocating for wildlife, photography (and cameras in general) are the number one way to bring awareness to the world’s issues.
